My husband Richard is a viol player. He came back home yesterday evening after a week in London and as I type he’s on his way to his next concert in Wales. But we did have time to have breakfast all together this morning. We woke up to the smell of fresh baked bread, and we’ve started our day with cappuccino and a warm slice of my sourdough bread.

Giovanna’ sourdough bread:

500 gr of white strong flour

300ml of cold water

10 gr salt

150gr levain
