Tuscan extra-vergine Olive oil

My parents’ olive oil has now arrived! It’s delicious, organic, extra-virgin and last but not least is Tuscan! The olives were picked from the trees in their estate situated on the hills just outside Florence, in Torri, Rignano sull’Arno. They were pressed in the local frantoio (olive press), Fattoria I Bonsi (http://www.laudemio.it/portfolio-posts/fattoria-i-bonsi/) last Wednesday.
